About Owner
Allena Cayce

I'm a UC Berkeley graduate with a degree in Anthropology, the study of human behavior and cultural environments, traditions, and the small details that make people feel seen. I also worked as an Events Manager for UC Berkeley, where I built the hands-on experience of planning and executing events at every scale. That background shapes how I plan, coordinate, and decorate for every host I work with: I don't believe in one-size-fits-all events. Every celebration deserves the right touch, tailored to who you are and what your day means to you.

I know what it takes to host an event from start to finish, because I've lived it. I used to host events myself and never got to truly enjoy them. When you're the host and the point of contact, the planner, the coordinator, the decorator, the setup crew, and the cleanup crew, all at once, you spend the whole day worrying about details instead of being present with the people you invited.

When people walk into your event, you want them to feel like the room has always looked this way, like the magic just happened. You deserve that experience too, not just your guests.

Your  Time  Matters!

Your time and energy are precious. Hiring a professional means handing off that weight so you can actually enjoy your own event. I'm quick on my feet and comfortable managing any crisis that comes up, but my real focus is making sure we never get there in the first place, I plan for contingencies before they're needed, so your day runs smoothly from the first guest to the last dance. Time and again, the feedback I hear from hosts is the same: hiring me was worth every bit of the weight it took off their shoulders.
